Paramahansa Srimat Swami Nigamanada Saraswati Dev (1879 A.D.-1935 A.D.) was an extraordinary Sadhak and spiritual preceptor of India. He attained perfection in tantra, jnana, yogi, and prema, all four spiritual practices. On obtaining the ultimate truth in Nirbikalpa Samadhi, he came to public with sacred responsibility of Guru by the instructions of Jagadguru.
America Saraswata Sangha (AMSAS) is a religious organization. It is registered as a non-profit 501(c)(3) religious organization with the State of North Carolina. The goal of AMSAS is to help its members achieve spiritual enlightenment. It is a branch sangha of Nilachal Saraswata Sangha (NSS), Puri, India. NSS was established by Paramahansa Shrimat Swami Nigamananda Saraswati Dev on August 24, 1934.
AMSAS streams Sangha puja every Sunday from 7:15-8:45am EST and 9:45-12:00pm EST.
For over 75 years Nilachala Saraswata Sangha has been publishing books and journals on Paramahansa Srimat Swami Nigamananda Saraswati Deva in Odia, Hindi, and English. In addition, Assam-Bangiya Saraswata Matha has been publishing books in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Mission: To propagate eternal religion (Sanatana Dharma), spread true education that enhances spiritual knowledge (Satsikhya Bistara), and serve all living beings with a belief that they are the manifestation of God (Shiva Gyane Jeeva Seba).
Vision: To be an ideal human being, lead spiritual lives by serving the communities we live in, and inspire others on the spiritual path through exemplary behavior.
